Some toughts about how I work
Change limits
In order to get better I had to change and redefine my limits and accept that. The main thing is: — fail is not a only and final destination — I learned to find why and change. I grew faster when I presumed this.
Be in a team
I love to be part in the team and to be surrounded by talented people. I had to learn to listen and talk effectively. And when we talk, I like the idea to speak directly - trying and figuring out the solution.
Faces challenge
I like to looking for the problem root and revert the scenario. It is important to me execute the understanding approach, empowering the team vision.
Be human
Mistakes happens, It because %@#% happens too. I constantly remember my self-accountability and ownership and focus on task when things are going outside of control. It could be opportunities to strength work relationships aswell.
